These programmes on the requirements to source organizations. The intellectual team will take care the needs of the source
organization at the spot. This consist of one or two days full time classes.

The Faculty: The Institute has nucleus of specialized inter-displinary Faculty who remain in constant touch with the
developments in the field through continued exchange of ideas with Senior officers of various sectors of cooperative institutions
and by field visits.
INFORMATION BLOCK:
A highly specialized and well furnished library with latest books on all related subject caters to the traiing needs
of trainees, faculty and research scholars.
I.T.LAB:
A well equipped fully Air Conditioned computer centre with a local area network having 25 nodes/terminals.The Institute
is also connected with internet facilities and accessible to thetrainees and staff. All ICM's in India are connected
with NCCT through an administrative network called "NCCT E-Net", which enables quick reporting and sharing of information
in online system.
TEACHING THROUGH ELECTRONIC OOLS:
An up-do-date Audio-visual units having a number of films on management is availabe at the Institute. Audi-visual
equipments like LCD Projector, OHP, Tape recorder, Video cassettes, VCR, Audio systems with latest techniques are used to
make learning more effective and interesting.
